The team had previously faced issues with their distribution channels, meaning stock levels were out of sync during peak periods, especially around the festive season. They encountered challenges with picking, packing and dispatching items in a timely manner, and they would regularly oversell stock that they couldn’t fulfil.

Our recommendation was to migrate to a new WMS which would be capable of automatically syncing their orders and stock levels with their Magento 2 store.
