Part of a highly active social community, we tapped into the Custom Plugs’ social audience, leveraging significant Instagram interaction with an integrated feed.
Artistic imagery, high-contrast, and a modern style deliver visual impact that resonates with their creative and original loved audience. Bringing the products to life, interactive roll-over product tiles and the introduction of the ‘Look Book’ showcases their product range and improves UX. Featuring frequently purchased items, a custom-built ‘Best Sellers’ module draws backend data to populate a promotional carousel.
Conversion-boosting extension, Klevu, was implemented to improve search result accuracy, processing natural language for a better understanding of user search intent. A simple, two-step ‘Quick Buy’ checkout process empowers users to quickly select and add their product size to the basket. Satisfying Custom Plugs’ extensive mobile audience, Amazon Pay and Android Pay have also been integrated.
