Pinpoint are a growing, multi-award winning Magento ecommerce agency, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving our client’s business objectives. We work alongside a variety of high-performance Magento Community and Enterprise stores and are looking for a Project Manager to help with our processes and project delivery.

The main purpose of this role is to take ownership of the delivery of all client projects, which could be anything from a full Magento build to a complex integration. You will also design and enforce end-to-end processes across the business and manage our support desk, alongside our Support Manager. Although you wouldn’t be the day-to-day contact for clients, you would also overlook account management and you’d be responsible for ensuring that clients are happy with the work we’re delivering.


Project Management

  • Management of discovery / scoping for all projects
  • Working with clients on functional specs, spec’ing feature specifications etc
  • Management of our project management system (JIRA)
  • Management of our support desk (Zendesk)
  • End-to-end management of projects (with an overall objective of delivering projects on-time and on-budget)
  • Assisting with (and management of) account management
  • Management of the Support / Account Manager
  • Reporting on success of projects and taking ownership of retrospectives
  • Reporting on support ticket management

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years’ working with Magento (or at least within ecommerce)
  • Experience managing complex ecommerce projects
  • Educated to degree-level or equivalent
  • A passion for ecommerce and digital marketing
  • Management experience (desirable, but not compulsory)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with JIRA and Zendesk (desirable, but not compulsory)
