Gathering backlinks from ahrefs is very easy. You’ll need an active subscription to be able to retrieve all the backlink data, but if you don’t have one available, head over to a site like http://www.fiverr.com and search for Ahrefs. On here, you’ll find lots of people offering to run off backlink reports for only $5!
In order to get started, go to the http://www.ahrefs.com website and type in your domain name, then click the ‘Search Links’ button.
This will load the ‘Raw Data Export‘ tab. All of the options should be fine on here to export straight away. What we want is a full list of all of your backlinks and referring pages, exported in UTF-8 so it’s compatible in all documents. Once you’re ready, press the Start Export button.
That’s all there is to it! Ahrefs give you a wealth of information in an export, so it’s just a case of splitting that down for your specific purpose.
