Magento have recently announced the release of Magento 2.3.3 Commerce and Open Source versions. The new release offers significant platform upgrades, security changes and a new PSD2-compliance to core payment methods in addition to more than 75 security enhancements and 170 functionality fixes to the core product.

Core payment method integrations are now compliant with PSD2 regulations:
On September 14, the European Union revised the Payment Services Directive regulation with the release of PSD2. The new regulations will affect most payment processing involving credit cards or bank transfers including many of Magento’s Payment Providers. PHP 7.3.x support
Magento 2.3.3 now supports PHP 7.3.x and PHP 7.2.x which will boost platform security and support PCI compliance.
Merchant Tool Enhancements
Admins can now track user actions and events such as page views, save actions and changes to Magento Mode. Once upgraded, Magento will prompt you to ‘Allow’ admin usage data collection. Once set, the data captured from Admin activity is sent to Adobe Analytics for analysis and reporting.
PWA Studio 4.0.0
The latest update to PWA Studio 4.0.0 contains new build tools, component refactors, breaking changes and improvements. Most notably, a series of new hooks and component enhancements within Peregrine including Toast hooks and ToastContainer.
Magento 2.3.2-p2
For the first time ever, you can install 2.3.2-p2 if you only want the security patches. Merchants can now install time-sensitive security fixes without applying all of the functional fixes and enhancements that a full quarterly release like Magento 2.3.3 provides. Patch 2.3.2.2 (Composer package 2.3.2-p2) is a security-only patch providing fixes for vulnerabilities that have been identified in our previous quarterly release, Magento 2.3.2.
